Warsaw Community Schools has selected Jenna Moree as the principal of Eisenhower Elementary upon school board approval Tuesday, June 8. Jenna Moree earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University-Kokomo in 2007. She went on to earn a High Ability Certificate in 2011 and her Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision in 2013, from Ball State University. Jenna comes to WCS with teaching experience gained at both Kokomo-Center Schools and Noblesville Schools. She transitioned to an Instructional Coach at Noblesville Schools, then moved to Western Intermediate in the same position, earing 3-years of experience as an Instructional Coach. In 2018, Jenna became Principal at Western Primary.
Welcoming Jenna Moree as the next principal of Eisenhower Elementary, Dr. David Hoffert, Superintendent of WCS, noted “We are very excited to welcome Mrs. Moree to our administrative team. Her background and experience in the areas of administration, elementary literacy, gifted & talented programming and language acquisition will be a great asset at Eisenhower elementary.” Dr. David Robertson, Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Education, added "We are excited to welcome Jenna to the team here at WCS! Jenna comes to us with a wealth of experience and background knowledge and she will push us forward as a district. Jenna's passion for the Eisenhower community is inspiring and we feel blessed to have her take the helm at Eisenhower.
Jenna and her husband Justin have two daughters: Scarlett, 7, and Coralyn, 4; both are looking forward to becoming Eisenhower Eagles.
