FFA members- please attend the Warsaw FFA Meeting on Wednesday, December 9 from 6:00-7:30p in the WCHS Agriculture Rooms. We will discuss opportunities to be involved in FFA. We will also have an Ugly Sweater contest and a White Elephant Gift Exchange ($5 max). If you have any questions and/or to sign up to attend, please see Mrs. Bartman in the Ag room.
Girls’ Basketball Tryouts will be held on December 7, 8 & 10 from 6:00-8:00p at the WCHS TRAC.
Food Drive update: Way to go Edgewood! You brought in over 500 items on Friday! We need to keep improving on that. Congratulations to Ms. Ditton and Mr. Netzley for being the first classes to meet their goal. Ms. Strayhorn, Mrs. Helser, and Mrs. Eberhardt's combined classes are very close to meeting their goals. Ms. Ditton is in the lead with 150%. Mr. Netzley & Ms. Strayhorn are right behind her. BONUS ITEMS for Friday and next Tuesday: VEGETABLES, RAMEN NOODLES, and PAPER TOWELS.
Students are reminded that Monday is a seven period eLearning day. You will have a 20 minute assignment for each class that will need to be completed by 11:59p on Thursday, December 10.
You are also reminded that all the eLearning assignments from November 23 and 24 and November 30 and December 1 are due by 3:00p on Wednesday, December 9. It is important to meet these deadlines because any missing assignment will score as a zero after the deadline. We are making plans for a mandatory after school study table for students who do not complete eLearning assignments. It is in your best interest to complete your eLearning each day
PARENT INFORMATION
Food Drive - Now until December 11, help us meet our goals by sending in nonperishable foods with your student and/or a monetary donation towards purchasing needed items for local food pantries and 185 Family Boxes. The family boxes provide food and supplies for 60 Edgewood families and at least 10 family boxes to each WCS school to sustain families in need over the Christmas break. Students are to bring their donations to Success class .
